Planar Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Transformer
The magnetic conductive material of the core adopts amorphous alloy. Transformers made of this material feature extremely low no-load loss and no-load current.
The low-voltage winding adopts a cylindrical structure wound with copper foil, while the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure. The windings feature balanced ampere-turn distribution and low leakage flux.
The body assembly and oil tank structure adopt a non-core-lifting design, with vacuum drying and vacuum oil impregnation processes applied.
The vector group adopts Dyn11 connection, which reduces the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improves power supply quality.
The amorphous alloy transformer adopts a fully sealed structure. No oil replacement is required under normal operation, which greatly reduces maintenance costs and prolongs the service life of the transformer.
