Triangular 3D Wound Core Transformer
Three-phase magnetic circuit balance
The three-phase magnetic circuits of the 3D triangular wound core are equal and the shortest in path, realizing perfect three-phase magnetic circuit balance.
Reduced power loss
The direction of magnetic flux is completely consistent with the grain orientation of silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current.
Lower noise level
Each single-frame silicon steel strip of the wound core is tightly wound. The three single core frames are assembled and solidified into an integral structure with continuous magnetic circuits and no air gaps, minimizing operating noise.
Material saving
Processing produces no waste material with a material utilization rate close to 100%. Its weight is about 20% lighter than that of the planar stacked core.
Strong short-circuit withstand capability
The transformer clamp adopts a triangular frame structure. Thanks to the structural stability of triangle, stress is evenly distributed at all points on the coil circumference under short-circuit electromagnetic force, which greatly enhances the short-circuit withstand capability.
Core vacuum annealing treatment
Adopting optimized vacuum annealing process for the core can further refine the magnetic domains of silicon steel sheets, improve their secondary recrystallization performance, and further reduce the core loss.
